A Letter to Parents

Dear parents

We would like to make use of this opportunity to thank you for sending your children to our youth gatherings every Friday evening. Just for your information, we start at 19:00 and end by 21:00 on these youth nights. The heart of what we are doing is to create a place for all young people between the age of 13-19 to connect with other children, but more to connect with God. These evenings must be a substitute to what the world offers them and we are passionate to see them grow in their relationship with God. Through the Friday night meetings, we teach them the Word, worship, fellowship with believers, accountability and virtue.

We want to make a call on you as parents to please ensure that you come to both drop and collect your children at Hatfield Christian Church North every Friday. If there is any transport problems, please arrange with other parents to  help you in this situation.

Please note that entrance onto these premises is at your own risk and the Hatfield Christian Church North and/or any of its employees (permanent or temporary) are subsequently indemnified against any damages and/or any claim of whatsoever nature, arising from any damage to or loss of property or any injury or death caused to any person, which may occur during or as a result of participation in activities associated with or attended at the Hatfield Christian Church North – irrespective of whether such claim may arise from a negligent act or omission by the Hatfield Christian Church North, its employees or agents. Please also note that upon entry you waive any right which you may have to institute any such claims against the Hatfield Christian Church North.
